MESA is a partnership between two passionate souls: A holistic nutritionist & a herbalist, who are dedicated to formulating the highest quality supplements for microdosing. All ingredients are organic, ethically sourced and blessed with prayer & intention before packaging. We are a small business based in the West Kootenays, with a growing community of advocates for alternative healing modalities. Cultivating relationships and providing quality education to our community is of upmost importance to our team.

“MESA” means table, or altar, which is used by shamanic practitioners for self-healing & communion with the spirit world. It is a sacred vehicle used to commune with ancestral spirits of the natural world & the beings of light and other archetypal, ancestral allies in shamanic work. Self-healing is the key word in this description; It is at the very core of MESA’s purpose. We believe that through the healing of one’s self, we can make the most significant impact on our community and culture. The importance of our mental well-being cannot be understated, it is an essential pillar for wellness.
